Otherwise, due to their extremely persistent pigment, liquid matte lipsticks in shades of pink or red will be difficult to remove from the sensitive skin around the eyes. Transparent lipsticks with a hint of shine can be used to create stylish eye makeup. In order to give their faces a more youthful appearance, Parisians apply lipstick not only to their lips but also to their cheeks as blush and into the creases of their eyelids.

I use certain lipsticks in their purest form on my eyelids. For instance, I always use Matte Ink liquid lipstick to draw vivid arrows. Additionally, you can mix Color Tattoo gel eyeshadow with lipstick.I use them either as a base or after blending them with lipstick.
