By texture – a light shining cream, has no smell. As a highlighter, the product is quite delicate. It has microshimmer, but that doesn"t make it vulgar. When blended, it gives a beautiful glow to the skin, not a metallic glare, although you can layer it before that, if you like. I don"t. As a makeup base – I tried it once and didn"t like it. A lot of glitter on the skin and does not really prime the canvas. But I like adding it to foundation creams. In this form, the highlighter deserves level 80! To the cream "Sygents" I have tender love. And Alliance Perfect Highlighter takes an honorable place in my huge cosmetic bag.
