Aizilya established CandyNail, a beauty studio, in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2020. In the studio at the time were four masters. That this coincided with the pandemic’s peak, when dozens of salons closed, is unexpected. Why launch a business, it would seem, when everything around you is falling apart and people don’t seem to have time for beauty?

The question is valid, but in this case, the approach is what matters most—rather than the time of year or the surrounding circumstances. Aizilya started to "rock" the target audience on social media even before the opening. She started bright and inventive advertising campaigns and recruited bloggers to work with her. This strategy made it possible to grow the clientele and quickly broaden the range of services offered. Currently, over 500 customers leave the CandyNail salon each month with gorgeous brows, lashes, and nails. Additionally, there are now ten employees.
